Viewings 

All viewings will be arranged at times to suite you. A member of our staff will accompany you on the viewing and will be able to give guidance and assistance in any questions you may have.

Reserving A Property 

After the initial viewing, should you wish to apply for the property then please ask the member of staff for a tenancy application form. You will need to take this form away and return it to us with two copies of I.D one of which must be photographic & contains your current address. We also require a holding deposit of £100.00 which removes the property from the market while obtain references on yourself. Their is a £30.00 per person fee for the references this covers the administration costs involved.   

References  

We will require references from your employer and a previous or current landlord. In some cases we may also require a guarantor. Were a guarantor is not available some landlords may accept 6 months rent in advance. We also require all our tenants to have a credit check carried out. These checks are carried out through an outside company who will help us to evaluate each application. You will need to supply us with your name, full address, postcode, employment details and were applicable your previous or current landlord/letting agent. Please inform your referees that we will be contacting them as this will help to speed the process up.

Rents   

All rents are quoted per calendar month and are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. As a tenant you will be responsible for the gas, electricity, water rates, council and any other utilities at the property unless otherwise stated.

Deposits 

Tenants deposits can no longer be held by the landlord or letting agent. The deposit will be initially paid to the landlord/agent who must transfer it to one the deposit schemes within 14 days. Here at The Property Network all deposits will be transferred to the Deposit Protection Service. Where a property is not managed by us it is the landlords responsibility to transfer the deposit to one the protection schemes.
